Chocolate Chip Holiday Muffins


1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Hershey's milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup well-drained crushed pineapple

Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Combine flour, sugar, baking, powder, and salt in a bowl. Add in egg, milk, and oil; stir just until blended. Mix in chocolate chips, cherries, nuts, and crushed pineapple.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream cheese spread on top.
