Meatballs

(Makes approximately 16 large meatballs)

1 lb. meatloaf mix (ground pork, beef, and veal)
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. grated Romano cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into meatballs, and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned, turning once. Mix into your favorite sauce and serve in hard rolls or with your favorite pasta.
