1-3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1-3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil
2 beaten egg yolks
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, and oil, then add to dry ingredients.
Fold in egg whites, and bake in your favorite waffle maker.
- Be sure to keep egg whites in the fridge till beaten, and run beaters through cold water before use.
- Beat the egg whites just before you add them to the mixture.
